At the Root of It All Rooted is a sacred retreat for women ready to remember what it feels like to truly belong— to themselves, to the Earth, and to the cosmos that guides them…
Held between jungle and sea, this five-night experience invites you to anchor into the Earth’s steady rhythm while opening to the wisdom of the stars. Through daily practice, movement, rest, and ceremony, we reconnect with the elemental forces that remind us: we are guided, loved, and divinely designed, on purpose, for purpose.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to root deeply into the body and spirit, remembering our sacred communion with the Earth and the stars. In this remembrance, we return home to ourselves, attuning to the greater web of life that holds us. Under the full moon in Scorpio, we’ll restore harmony to the heart, the body, and the soul’s rhythm.
